Shri S. P. Goel, the Chairman, Management Committee of YIT had been a student of Civil Engineering with excellence in B.E. ( Gold medalist, SVNIT, Surat), M.E. (IIT, Roorkee); an outstanding teaching faculty (MNNIT, Allahabad) and innovative expert in construction industry. He is pride of the state of Rajasthan and India; he has been elected (unanimously) PRESIDENT of Builders' Association of India. He heads several national, regional organizations and technical agencies. He has been awarded several National and International honours including "Education Excellence Award" (New Delhi), "Jewel of India Award" (New Delhi), "International Gold Star Millennium Award" (Kathmandu), "Kohinoor Millennium Award" (Bangkok).

Shri Ashok Agarwal is basically an engineer BE (MNIT, Jaipur). He is a leading AA Class Contractor and Director of Group of M/s. R.D. Construction Companies which are very well known for their quality. He has been former chairman of 'Builders Association of India', Rajasthan Centre and now he is member, managing committee of BAI (HQ) Mumbai. He is also providing consultancy services to various Government, Semi government and private organizations for building construction.

Shri Mahendra Kumar Sethi is one of the prominent personalities in the Construction industry. He is Managing Director of M/s. Rishabh Construction Pvt. Ltd., a well established large company having many multi crore projects. He is registered AA Class Contractor. He is Chairman of Builders Association of India, Rajasthan Centre and Life Member of Real Estate Development Council of Rajasthan. As a Rotarian, he is closely associated with many voluntary organizations involved in social and welfare activities.

Prof. P. S. Gahlot is an eminent personality, well known in technical education with more than 47 years of meritorious service to technical education at State, National and International levels. Prof. Gahlot is actively engaged in sponsored research projects and HRD consultancy for various organizations/industries. He has also been awarded 'National Education Excellence Award' by All India Business & Community Foundation (AIBCF), and conferred honour as 'Jewel of India' (in academic field) by Indian Solidarity Foundation. He is also Awarded with Lifetime Education Leadership Award by Indian Economic Development and Research Association & fellow member of IEI.

Prof. (Dr.) R.C. Chaudhary is an academician of International repute. He was formerly: Ex-Principal, University Maharaja’s College, Jaipur. Ex-Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has vast experience of teaching & research in India & abroad.

He has published more than 83 journals, out of which 38 are National and 45 are International journals. He delivered lectures / talks in several countries. He also supervised several Ph.D and P.G. students. Recipient of several academic awards including “Shiksha-Vibhusan” award by the Rajasthan Yuva Chatra Sansthan in 2007, “Indira Gandhi Priyadarshni Award 2007” for the outstanding services, contribution and achievements.
