Shri S. P. Goel, The Chairman, Managing Committee of YIT had been a bright student of Civil Engineering and was a proud recipient of 3 GOLD MEDALS in B.E. (SVNIT, Surat). He did his M.E. from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He was an outstanding teaching faculty in MNNIT, Allahabad and an innovative expert in construction industry. He is the pride of Rajasthan and holds the distinction of having served Builders’ Association of India in the capacity of PRESIDENT in the year 2008-09.

He has been bestowed with several National and International honours including “Education Excellence Award” (New Delhi), “Jewel of India Award”( New Delhi), “International Gold Star Millennium Award” (Kathmandu) and “Kohinoor Millennium Award” (Bangkok).

Shri Ashok Agarwal: The CEO, Managing Committee of YIT is an Engineering graduate from MNIT, Jaipur – a prestigious engineering college of India. He is an authority in building construction with a vast experience of 40 years in this field and Director of M/s R.D. Construction group of companies, a master in the art of reliable construction. He is an Ex- CHAIRMAN of Builders’ Association of India, Rajasthan Centre and presently serving as a Member, Managing Committee of BAI (HQ), Mumbai. He has also been a CONVENER of National Convention of BAI, at Jaipur. Being an asset of Rajasthan, he has been providing consultancy services to Government, Semi-government and private organizations for building construction.

Shri Mahendra Kumar Sethi: The Secretary General, Managing Committee of YIT is a prominent name in the construction industry. He is known for his outstanding contribution to this field. He is the Managing Director, M/s Rishabh Construction Private Limited – a well established large company dealing with several multi crore projects. He is a registered AA class constructor that is an epitome of class, quality and eminence in the construction industry. Presently, he is CHAIRMAN of Builders’ Association of India, Rajasthan Centre and is a Life Member of Real Estate Development Council of Rajasthan. Being a Rotarian, he is strongly associated with many voluntary organizations that are profoundly immersed into social and welfare activities.
